For best results use filtered, alkaline, or spring water.

Pour 8 oz freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag.

Steep for up to 5 minutes, any longer will result in a bitter brew.

Squeeze bag to ensure maximum usage and greatness.

Enjoy 2-3 cups per day.

Add lemon and honey, as needed.

Can use bags up to TWO times if you’re making the tea in the same day.
